What we’re looking for:

  • Associate or Clinical License: Hold a valid license in counseling or social work (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

  • Commitment to anti-oppression ideals: willingness to explore internalized biases, engage in ongoing education about liberatory practices, and knowledge of creating safety for clients in therapy.

  • Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.

  • Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

  • Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and electronic health records.

  • Ability to hold a full-time caseload of 23 clients per week.

  • Availability of at least 3 days/week.

The Process:

  • Call Liberation Counseling at 520-346-6232 to express your interest.

    • Our Admin will reach back out to you to ask a few initial screening questions.

    • They will send you a short personality test

    • Once we have the results of the test, we will either schedule an interview or let you know that you might not be the right fit for our team.

  • Our Admin will schedule you for an interview with the Clinic Director.

  • We will schedule a Working Interview.

  • Finally, we check references.
